Learn with Purpose

There are a lot of reason to take part in a learning and development program. Including:
- to learn
- create self awareness
- improve our interpersonal skills
All to help us increase our impact and results at work and in life.

How do we learn with purpose, and make sure we can take away all that we can?

I have found that when we have a clear idea of what we want to get out of a program from the beginning, and create a connection to the results and goals we want to achieve; we have the formula needed to take accountability for the impact that can come.
