Citrine Shift Psychotherapy
Do you spend so much time taking care of your work, your team, or the people around you that you have forgotten to take care of yourself?
I work with adults who may appear capable and composed on the outside while privately feeling overwhelmed, anxious, uncertain, or exhausted. Many of my clients are professional women, leaders, and young or emerging professionals navigating anxiety, workplace stress, burnout, relationship challenges, low self-esteem, or significant life transitions.
About Jennifer
For more than 15 years, my career has centred on helping people and organizations navigate change, strengthen relationships, and approach challenges with greater clarity. This work began within large organizations and has continued for the past several years through Citrine Synergy.
Over time, I recognized that the most meaningful part of my work was creating space for people to feel heard, better understand themselves, and discover new possibilities. Citrine Shift Psychotherapy grew from that same belief in the power of human connection and meaningful change.
My approach is person-centred, relational, collaborative, and trauma-informed. Together, we may explore how your experiences and relationships have shaped your current thoughts, emotions, and patterns while also developing practical strategies to help you manage present-day challenges. My goal is to create a warm and non-judgmental space where you can show up as you are, feel genuinely understood, and be gently challenged as you work toward meaningful change.
I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology student. I am currently completing my clinical practicum with Heal Through Connection Psychotherapy, where I provide virtual psychotherapy under clinical supervision.
I offer virtual individual therapy to adults across Ontario, along with a complimentary 30-minute consultation to help us determine whether working together feels like the right fit.
