Job Crafting

As the gig economy and remote working becomes more popular, it is important we find ways to ensure we are getting the most out of our time.

In Adam Grant's Podcast he talks about a "World without Bosses". 

Here I learnt about the idea of Job Crafting. We all need a place, routine, ongoing interaction and purpose in order to inspire motivation and be successful.  I think this is true whether you are on your own, a remote worker or working at the office.  It is important to ensure you have crafted the right environment that drives success.
